Son 6 struggles to sleep separation anxiety, suspected adhd & autism. Gets up about 1am will go straight to sleep in my bed. Daughter 3, struggles to emotionally regulate at times. Struggling recently to get to sleep once asleep fine. Very energetic can easily be disregulated, when tired or hungry. Both like music and singing, stories to calm.
