Booking through Babysits lets us protect your payment and step in if something goes wrong. The fee is 3% of the booking total for Premium members, 15% for non-Premium.

Refunds

If your sitter cancels or doesn't show up, we'll refund your payment in full. You can cancel before the booking starts, or up to 60 minutes after the start time. Contact us within 24 hours after a booking ends if there was an issue, and we will review your request and decide on a refund.

Paid upfront

Your payment is arranged when you book, so you don't need to pay on the day. The babysitter is paid 24 hours after your booking ends, giving you time to reach out if anything went wrong.
